At FKRemovals, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling, rescheduling, and refund eligibility when booking our man and van, removals, or delivery services.

By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting us via phone, email, or message.

  • 24 hours or more notice — No cancellation fee may apply

  • Less than 24 hours notice — Cancellation fee may apply

  • Same-day cancellation — Full or partial booking fee may be charged

  • No-show — Full booking amount may be charged

We recommend informing us as early as possible to avoid charges.


Rescheduling Policy

We understand plans may change and we will try to accommodate rescheduling requests.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • No fee may apply if rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

  • Last-minute rescheduling may incur additional charges

  • Multiple rescheduling requests may result in booking cancellation


Deposits

For larger moves, long-distance removals, or busy periods, we may request a deposit.

  • Deposits secure your booking date and time

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new booking date if rescheduled in advance

Deposit terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.


Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service cancelled by FKRemovals

  • Duplicate payment made

  • Service unable to be completed due to our fault

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • Customer cancels within restricted time period

  • Incorrect booking information provided by customer

  • Customer not available at agreed time

  • Access restrictions not disclosed


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered if:

  • Service partially completed

  • Unexpected issues beyond control

  • Agreed service reduced

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Waiting Time & Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply if:

  • Customer not ready at agreed time

  • Access delays occur

  • Parking unavailable

  • Additional items added at last minute

These charges may affect refund eligibility.


Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method where possible

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment provider


Cancellation by FKRemovals

FKRemovals reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Severe weather

  • Staff illness

  • Traffic incidents

  • Unforeseen circumstances

In these cases:

  • Full refund will be issued

  • Alternative booking date may be offered
